*Spoiler alert* After reading the first book in the Victoria Stitch series， Bad and Glittering， I was so excited to find out what happened to Victoria Stitch when she escapes the Wiskling prison for the human world。 Free and Famous did not disappoint！ I was totally absorbed。 I loved the relationship that develops between Victoria Stitch and Naomi， the human girl， and the delightful juxtaposition of VS's tiny world and Naomi' big world， mixed with the similarity between their plights - to be noti *Spoiler alert* After reading the first book in the Victoria Stitch series， Bad and Glittering， I was so excited to find out what happened to Victoria Stitch when she escapes the Wiskling prison for the human world。 Free and Famous did not disappoint！ I was totally absorbed。 I loved the relationship that develops between Victoria Stitch and Naomi， the human girl， and the delightful juxtaposition of VS's tiny world and Naomi' big world， mixed with the similarity between their plights - to be noticed and accepted for who they really are and want to be。 It is delightful being able to experience Victoria Stitch and Naomi both come alive， by recognizing each other's talents and building on them together。 The illustrations are absolutely charming and there is a big treat at the end which I WON'T spoil， but really want to！！ Let's just say there is a very funny additional story at the end which adds loads of charm and detail to the visual delight of this series。 I highly recommend this series and this book to young children who are having difficulty accepting themselves and being proud of who they are， but I'd recommend it for any reader who loves stepping inside a fantasy world that feels believable。 。。。more
